SHIPPING
Orders are usually process and shipped out within 5 to 9 business days of purchase. After that, Courier Service will take 1 to 2 weeks to deliver your package internationally, depending on where you are located. However, it can take longer due to various factors outside of our control and during the holiday seasons. Purchasing means that you fully understand this.
If your order has not arrived even after 2 weeks of deliver time, please email us at ‘[email protected]’ and we will try to help resolve the issue ASAP.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE ADDRESS YOU ENTER IS CORRECT BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER. If you enter the wrong address, please email us ASAP at ‘[email protected].’ The address you enter on the order form is where we will be sending it to, so please be sure it is the right one…
If packages are returned to me, then it is your responsibility to pay for shipping again if you want it to be sent again. This also applies on free shipping products (free shipping does not apply on returns). I will refund only the items once they return. This also applies on free shipping products.
Note:
- Weekends and national holidays may delay your order from being shipped out.
- I make no money from shipping; every cent is going straight to Courier Service.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
- I am not responsible for mistakes made by the postal carrier or by wrong addresses, but please send me a message if you have problems with shipping and I will do my best to help.
- If there is a problem shipping your order after you place it, I will contact you.
- If your order has already been shipped, I will not be able to refund shipping costs. Please understand that it would have a huge impact on my small business.
- Unclaimed items take around 3 months to get back to me, and items with incorrect addresses roughly take 2 months.
Shipping carriers doesn’t ship to these destinations - Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Israel, Syria, Afghanistan, Bhutan, Brunei, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Palestinian, Samoa, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, and Yemen.
PREORDERS
By preording items that means that you are fully committed to buying and waiting for your order. Preorders can take months and there is the possibility of delays. There will be no refunds for preorder items as part of the agreement.
FEES AND TAXES
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will be accepted within 48h of purchase, as long as the order has not been shipped already.
Please email at ‘[email protected]’ if you need to make a cancellation.
If you happen to buy a variety that already sold out, your purchase will be cancelled and automatically refunded.
After 48h, if you need to cancel an order there is a 20% cancellation fee on your entire order and shipping will not be refunded.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES
We do not accept return. If there is a mistake in your shipment, please contact us at ‘[email protected]’ and we will make it right quickly…
In cases of an order that has been damaged in transit, or if your order contained incorrect items, please send an email to ‘[email protected]’ within 24 hours of delivery so we can help.
Please include your full name, store order number, and photographs of the incorrect or damaged goods with original packaging.
Note:
- Unbox the package carefully. If the package was damaged while opening it with the scissor or any other sharp object, refunding will not be possible unless we have the unpacking video or the images of the courier cover.
- If you have noticed any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly mention the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming.
In the rare occurrence if I need to, I have the right to cancel and refund your order at any time.
